Welcome to Ranthambore Wilderness Safari & Tours. The domain name is owned by Sawai Madhopur-based travel company Ranthambore Wilderness Safari & Tours”. The term “You” refers to the direct user or viewer of the website. By using the services provided on this website, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Declaration: We would like to clarify that we, as a private travel agency, are not authorized by the Forest Department, nor do we make any claims of affiliation with them. Our services primarily cater to booking safaris assistance, arranging hotel accommodations, coordinating transportation such as pickups and drops, and excursion booking on behalf of our customers. We operate independently and charge a reasonable amount for our services. It is important to note that the charges we levy are subject to variations based on the demand for safari bookings, and they may increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.

Safari Booking Guidelines/ Things to know before Safari Booking

Right of Admission is reserved with The Government of Rajasthan.
Safari permit is issued on a first come, first serve basis (subject to availability).
There are limited safari vehicles to enter the national parks, to avoid non-availability of safari vehicle, book the safari in advance. Advance safari booking is opened 90 days prior. Secure your safari permit up to 90 days in advance.
Safari booking get soldout so fast in Ranthambore. This is the most popular park, right in the middle of one of the world's most famous tourist routes "Golden Triangle"
More option to book safari is Tatkal (open 7 days perior), Premium (open 3 days perior) and Current Quota ( only for canter open 1 day before) and these are options is too expensive and subject to availablity.
To book the safari, you have to pay the full amount. Amount is 100% non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-cancellable, once booked the safari.
Must to carry the same original IDs you have submitted during the safari booking, to show at the park entrance gate.
In the event visitors arrive late and miss their safari, or refuse to participate, the entire amount paid will be forfeited. This amount is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
Type of Safari Vehicle: Two types of safaris / vehicle in the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve allow you to explore the park. Gypsy and Canter are there on which you can explore the area.
Safari Zones: At Ranthambore National Park 10 safari zones are there and there is two safari ride; Morning and Afternoon.
Safari will be provide any one zone from the 1 to 10, as per the availability. Zone will be allowed as per availability.
Safari zones are allocated by the Rajasthan Government Forest Department based on availability. Zones may be closed on certain days or seasonally as per forest department rules.
Any specific zone booking is not guaranteed; however, we try our best to book according to your choice.
Child age of 5 years is considered an adult and a full seat would be charged.
Safari rates are indicative and subject to revision by the Rajasthan Forest Department without prior notice.
Please note that any changes in safari rates or taxes after booking will be extra and visitors will be liable to pay the difference amount before the entry into the park.
Final charges will depend on the selected zone, vehicle type (Gypsy/Canter), and nationality (Indian/Foreigner) and on booking type: Advance, Tatkal, Premium and Current quota based.
In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole safari amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly.
Pickup and drop to/from hotel for the safari not included. Make self-arrangements to go to the safari boarding point, traveler can go through their own car or can hire a taxi and will have to reach boarding point 30 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
The Tiger Reserve Management reserves the right to change the zone booked online at any time or close any zone and safari in the interest of wildlife or in case of emergency without any prior notice to visitor.
Tiger Safari Zones Weekly Closures: Zones 1–5 are closed every Wednesday. Zones 6–10 are closed every Tuesday.
Safari Timings: Safari timings vary by season—check the zone-specific schedule before you book.
Morning Safari: Starts shortly after sunrise and lasts around 3 hours approx. (6:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
Evening Safari: Starts in the late afternoon and ends before sunset. (3:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
Note: Safari Timings may varies as Season Changes. Always check the latest timetable before booking.
Park Closed: The park remains closed from July 1st to September 30th due to the monsoon season, except for Zones 6-10 which may remain open. Park may be closed without any prior notice to visitors.
All safari zones and vehicles are being issued by the forest department as per availability on roster basis and no request will be entertained even if the visitor is getting to the same zone repeatedly. And similar is the case for vehicles.
We are not responsible for safari drivers/safari guides/safari routes; these factors are operated and controlled by the Department of Forest.
We are not responsible for the punctuality of safari vehicles, as this is managed by the Department of Forest.
Safari booking is completely administered and managed by the govt forest department of Rajasthan. Government guidelines and terms & conditions apply.
Ranthambhore Wilderness Safari & Tours is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, or death during the safari excursion.

Safari Booking & Identification

Book Well in Advance: Safaris can be reserved prior to the visit, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
Require valid photo ID, compressed to stay below 2Mb each, to upload during booking and also carry the original document for verification at entry. Any discrepancy or mismatch may lead to denied entry, without any refunds.
Note: Aadhaar photo-upload, Digilocker screenshot, partial/ masked IDs (eg: XXXX XXXX 1234) are strictly NOT allowed.
Accurate Pax Details: Provide full names, age, gender, country and nationality exactly as they appear on official identification documents.
Valid ID Proof:
Indian nationals can upload and present a Passport, Driving License, Pan Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or School ID. Foreign nationals must use their Passport.
The original ID used for booking must be carried for entry. Alternate IDs will NOT be accepted and such cases will NOT be entertained by the staff and office. If the system finds any discrepancy, you will be unable to proceed with the booking.
Important: If your ID does not match the ID carried at the gate, you will not be allowed to enter the premises and will be banned from further visits and bookings.

Safari Payment & Refund Policy

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari payments are strictly non-refundable.
Jeep / Canter safari charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
For current booking safaris, charges will be refunded only if the booking is not confirmed.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

After finalizing your tour/service cost, if there is any increase in permit fees, safari charges, taxes, fuel cost, or guide fees by the authorities, the additional amount will be charged to the visitor.

Current / Tatkal Booking Rules

Submit your booking request at least one day before.
100% confirmation of current bookings is not guaranteed.
Your safari zone can be any one among Zones 1 to 10 of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Specific zone requests are not guaranteed, though we try our best to fulfill preferences.

Important Notes for Safari Booking

You must pay the full safari fees in advance for booking.
Valid ID proof is mandatory for every visitor.
No cancellation or refund is allowed for confirmed bookings.
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
You must carry the same ID proof used during online booking.
Safaris can be booked up to 90 days in advance.
Passport details are mandatory for foreign tourists.
Safari permits are issued on a first come, first serve basis.
The park may be closed without prior notice by the authorities.
In case of revised fees, visitors must pay the difference at entry.
You must report at the boarding point 15 minutes prior to safari start time.
If you book for the next day, it is considered a current booking and all current booking rules apply.

By booking, you agree to all terms and conditions. No cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is allowed for any safari under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Jeep Safari & Canter Safari payments are strictly non-refundable.
Jeep Safari / Canter Safari charges cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.
For current (tatkal) booking, charges will be refunded only if the booking is not confirmed.

Refund Percentage Based on Cancellation Timeline

75% Refund: If cancellation is made more than 271 days before the date of visit.
50% Refund: If cancellation is made 181-270 days before the date of visit.
25% Refund: If cancellation is made 90-180 days before the date of visit.
0% Refund: If cancellation is made within 90 days of the date of visit.

By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions. No cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is permitted for any safari under any circumstances.

We are not a government department, not an official forest authority, and not directly affiliated with the Rajasthan Forest Department. All wildlife safaris in Ranthambore National Park—including Jeep Safari and Canter Safari—are controlled, managed, and authorized solely by the Forest Department.

We act only as a booking facilitator for tourists by submitting requests to the official government portal on their behalf. Safari confirmations, zone allotments, seat availability, timings, and operational guidelines are fully governed by the Forest Department, and we have no control over safari confirmations, cancellations, or zone allocation.
